Debbie Martlew

Debbie Martlew is an experienced professional in the music and digital rights management industries. Currently serving as a Senior Label Manager at The Orchard since May 2020, Debbie focuses on amplifying reach and revenue for independent labels and artists through distribution, data analysis, sales pitching, and consultancy in digital marketing and PR. Previously, Debbie worked at We Are Era Nederland as a Partner and Account Manager, managing Digital Rights Management clients and influencer marketing campaigns. Debbie also held roles as a Junior Agent at Syndicate the Agency, managing bookings for electronic dance music artists, and as a Store Manager at Mulberry in Amsterdam, overseeing team and financial management. Early career experience includes positions at Gucci as an Assistant Store Manager and an internship in public relations at Fuzzyshots PR. Debbie holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from Hogeschool INHOLLAND and has studied at IPAG École Supérieure de Commerce in Nice.
