Jason Pascal

Jason Pascal is the VP of Catalog Development at The Orchard. Jason has worked in the music industry for over 20 years. Jason has a deep understanding of both the business and legal aspects of the music industry. Jason has worked with some of the biggest names in the industry, including eMusic and BMG Entertainment. Jason is an expert in publicity rights and has helped many artists navigate the complex world of advertising and marketing.

Jason Pascal went to the University of Michigan for their BA in history and then to Brooklyn Law School for their Doctor of Law (JD).

They work with Richard Gottehrer - Co-founder & Chief Creative Officer, Scott Cohen - Co-founder & VP International, and Prashant Bahadur - SVP Strategy. Jason Pascal reports to Bradley Peter Navin, CEO.
