Mohammed Kamara has a diverse work experience in the music industry. Mohammed started their career at 95.5 WBRU as an intern, where they assisted in organizing paperwork for promotions, maintaining company websites, and summarizing news for the radio. In 2018, they interned at Republic Records as a Marketing Intern. Later that year, they joined Universal Music Group as a College and Lifestyle Marketing Rep. In 2019, they became a Marketing Assistant at Universal, and in 2020, they were promoted to Marketing Coordinator, a position they held until 2022. Currently, Kamara is working as a Digital Marketing Manager at The Orchard.
Mohammed Kamara obtained a Master of Arts - MA degree in Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management from Long Island University, where they studied from 2017 to 2019. Prior to this, they pursued a degree in Advertising & Marketing Communications at Johnson & Wales University from 2012 to 2016, focusing on the field of Marketing.
