Naledi Nyahuma Seck

Naledi Nyahuma Seck is currently serving as Vice President of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at The Orchard. Previously, at Universal Music Group, Naledi held roles such as Senior Director of Diversity, Inclusion, & Belonging and Director of Diversity, Inclusion, & Belonging Programs. Naledi has also worked at The Will and Jada Smith Family Foundation, AEG, The ABS Collective, The Recording Academy, Tyler Perry Studios, and IBM, demonstrating expertise in various sectors such as entertainment, events management, and financial analysis. Naledi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Management & Organization from Spelman College, and an MBA specializing in Entertainment Marketing from the USC Marshall School of Business.
