Nerea Calvo Arcos

Nerea Calvo Arcos has a diverse work experience in the music and communication industry. Nerea most recently worked as a Junior Label Manager at The Orchard starting in August 2022. Prior to that, they were a Synch & Licensing Coordinator at Lovemonk from September 2021 to August 2022, where they handled music licensing, creative pitches, and managed image rights.

Before Lovemonk, Nerea worked at Warner Chappell Music as a Creative & Synch Executive from September 2020 to September 2021, where they handled music licensing, creative pitches, and negotiated fees. In addition, they worked at Ground-Control Management as a Communications & Social Media role from July 2020 to September 2020, managing content creation and communication tasks.

Nerea also has experience in media and radio, as they worked as a Presenter at La Maldita Radio from April 2019 to September 2020, and as a Communications & PR role at ATREVIA from February 2019 to June 2019.

Additionally, Nerea worked as an Editor at Mondo Sonoro (Sister Sonic S.L.) from April 2018 to December 2018, and in Redaction and Production for Factoría from June 2017 to September 2017. Nerea'searlier experience includes working in Redaction for Cadena SER from June 2014 to September 2016.

Nerea Calvo Arcos has a diverse education history. In 2019, they started pursuing their Master's degree in Industrial Music and Sound Studies at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, specializing in communication. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2019, they completed a Dual degree in Audiovisual Journalism at the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos. During their academic journey, Nerea also obtained certifications to enhance their skills. In 2018, they completed a course in Community Management at Aula CM, while in 2017-2018, they attended radio entertainment workshops at the Agencia EFE. Additionally, Nerea has shown an interest in cultural journalism as they are currently pursuing a Cultural Journalism certification at Formación al Cuadrado. Nerea has also obtained a First Certificate from the Cambridge Institute Spain, although the exact time of attainment is unknown.
