Russell de Moose

Russell de Moose has a diverse range of work experience. Russell currently works at The Orchard as the Lead Devops Engineer, a role they have held since May 2020. Prior to this, they worked at The Orchard as a Senior Devops Engineer from June 2018 to May 2020, and as a System Engineer from February 2016 to June 2018.

Before joining The Orchard, Russell worked as a Composer, Sound Designer, and Mix Engineer at moosamus for multimedia starting in September 2008.

From January 2014 to January 2016, they served as a Systems Engineer at Method Studios.

At the Liberty Science Center, Russell held the positions of Associate Director, Technology from March 2009 to January 2014, and Technical Services Coordinator from July 2007 to March 2009.

Earlier in their career, they worked as a Media Technician at New York University from September 2006 to January 2009.

Russell also had experience working as a Mix Engineer at Tonic from October 2006 to April 2008, and as a Technical Director at 91.1 FM - WSPN Radio from September 2004 to May 2006.

Russell de Moose began their education at Skidmore College in 2002 and completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Music in 2006. Following this, they pursued further studies at New York University from 2006 to 2011, where they obtained a Master of Music degree in Music Technology. Russell's education background primarily focuses on music, with an emphasis on music technology during their time at New York University.
