Andy Sands is an experienced executive in the real estate industry, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of The Orden Company, LLC since January 2023, and Thrifty Oil Co since September 2021. With a robust background that includes key leadership roles such as Managing Partner and Chief Real Estate Officer at Carmel Partners and Managing Director at Lowe, Andy has successfully overseen major real estate operations and investments across various sectors. Prior experience includes founding Brooktree Realty Investors, LLC and serving as Managing Principal at ING, where over $5 billion in real estate investments were managed. Andy holds an MBA in Finance from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BA in Economics and History from Stanford University.
