Matt started as a Senior Analyst Programmer and progressed through roles like Project Manager, Programme Manager, Change Director, and finally Director of Information Technology. Their responsibilities included overseeing IT strategy, development of multi-million pound projects, and ensuring alignment between technology and business objectives. Matt has worked in industries like gaming, legal services, banking, and healthcare, showcasing their ability to adapt and excel in different professional environments. Currently, they serve as the Chief Information Officer at The Orders of St John Care Trust, focusing on technology transformation and information security.
