Tracey Wardle

Tracey is accountable for ensuring that OSJCT is a sustainable organisation with the financial resources needed to meet the commitments to existing residents, to finance the development of new services and approaches, and to manage financial risk within the Trust. Tracey is also responsible for IT and is accountable for ensuring the IT infrastructure, systems and security are current, sustainable and meet the needs of the business. She is also the Senior Information Risk Officer for the Trust.

Tracey joined OSJCT in March 2017 as interim finance consultant and was appointed to the role of Finance and IT Director in August 2017.

Tracey, a Chartered Management Accountant, has held a variety of senior finance roles across large healthcare providers including the NHS charities and private equity businesses. Prior to working for OSJCT, Tracey worked as an interim (or consultant?) for 6 years specialising in management and development of commercial finance teams and delivery of financial results. She holds an MBA from Henley Management College.

Tracey enjoys gardening, skiing and exploring the world. Her favourite destination is Western Australia.
