Theresa Torres is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as a Float Manager at The Oregon Clinic since September 2021, where responsibilities include managing and directing a 20-person Float Department team and training new employees. Prior experience at The Oregon Clinic includes roles as a Patient Services Float, working across 35 specialty clinics in the Portland Metro area, and as a Surgery Scheduler/Financial Counselor, coordinating surgeries and patient appointments. Additionally, Theresa served as a Patient Services Representative, managing patient intake and medical records, and as a Referral Coordinator at Portland Hypertension, handling patient referrals and insurance verification. Theresa is currently pursuing further education at Portland Community College and holds a High School Diploma from Palmdale High School.
