Mpp Ruby Ramirez

Ruby Ramirez, MPP, MSW, serves as an Early Learning Council Member for the State of Oregon and has been a Program Officer at The Oregon Community Foundation since November 2019, focusing on early childhood initiatives. With considerable experience as a policy strategy consultant, Ruby has specialized in applied research, strategy development, and policy reform evaluation across various organizations, including the UCLA Latino Policy and Politics Initiative and the Partnership for Los Angeles Schools. Ruby holds both a Master of Social Welfare and a Master of Public Policy from UCLA, along with a Graduate Certificate in Non-Profit & Public Management from Portland State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the same institution.
