Justin Solomon

Justin Solomon, CSS, currently serves as the Director of Operations at The Original Ninfa's since October 2022. Prior to this role, Justin held various positions at BRG Hospitality from November 2010 to October 2022, including General Manager and Operations Manager. Justin's experience also includes serving as the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at Our House Hospitality Group from April 2016 to January 2018, and as Director of Operations at Esquire Management from 2013 to April 2016. Additionally, Justin was the General Manager at Luke River Walk – A Chef John Besh Restaurant from November 2010 to December 2013. Justin's educational background includes studies at The Art Institutes from 2000 to 2002.
