Chelsea Perry has extensive managerial experience in the restaurant industry, having served as a Manager at The Original Pancake House in Dallas-Ft. Worth-Houston from September 2016 to the present. Prior to this role, Chelsea managed The Diner of Dallas (Norma's) for nearly 17 years, from October 1999 to September 2016.
