RADHA KUSHWAHA, PhD, currently serves as a Quality Assurance Technician at Orlando Baking Company since June 2023. Previously, RADHA held the position of Manufacturing Technician at Viscous Biologics from July 2022 to April 2023 and worked as a Research Analyst at the Centre of Food Technology, University of Allahabad, from July 2015 to March 2022. RADHA also completed a Project Intern role at CFTRI Mysore in early 2015, focusing on non-nutritive sweeteners and sensory analysis. Educational qualifications include a D.Phil. in Food Technology and Processing attained from the University of Allahabad in April 2023, and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Food Technology and Processing from the same institution, completed in 2015.
