Kelly Lynch is an experienced culinary and training professional with a diverse background in food service management and cargo handling. Currently serving as a Surface Cargo Instructor at The Oryza Group since October 2019 and a Cargo Handling Trainer/Assessor for the Training and Evaluation Unit since January 2016, Kelly has also held various culinary roles, including Sous Chef positions at Compass Group and Greenbriar Country Club, and as Kitchen Manager at FMC Garden Cafe and The German Pantry. Leadership skills were developed while directly overseeing over 30 personnel as a Lead Crane Operator/Hatch Captain at Navy Cargo Handling Battalion Ten from 2006 to 2016. Education includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Food Service Management and an Associate of Science in Culinary Arts from the Culinary Institute of Virginia.
