Barbara Moral

Barbara Moral is an experienced professional in management consulting, currently serving as an Associate Partner at Bain & Company since October 2019, after progressing through various roles including Senior Manager, Manager, and Consultant. Barbara also holds the position of Consulting Board Member at the OSESP Foundation since October 2021. Previous experience includes a summer internship focused on fundraising strategy at Fundação OSESP and several consulting roles at Bain & Company from 2013 to 2018, where Barbara contributed to strategic assessments for diverse industries. Educational qualifications include an MBA from INSEAD and a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidade de São Paulo, along with post-graduate studies in Cultural Management.
