Sarah Moradi-Fox

Sarah Moradi-Fox has a diverse and extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Sarah is currently the Director of People, Culture, and Learning at The Other House since May 2022. Before that, they served as the Head of People and Operations at Cubitt House Ltd from July 2019 to March 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of People Manager at Cubitt House from February 2018 to July 2019.

Sarah also worked as an Operations Manager at Splendid Restaurants from February 2016 to July 2019. Sarah had a similar role at DF/Mexico from March 2015 to February 2016, where they played a key role in expanding the business throughout London and major cities across the country.

Earlier in their career, Sarah worked as a General Manager at Balthazar, London from June 2014 to March 2015, and as a General Manager at Browns Bar & Brasserie in both Glasgow (March 2011 to May 2014) and Edinburgh (September 2004 to November 2009). Sarah also served as a General Manager at Browns Bar & Brasserie in Cambridge from September 2003 to July 2004.

Sarah Moradi-Fox started their career at Mitchells & Butlers in 2000, where they worked as a General Manager until May 2014.

Sarah Moradi-Fox attended Fettes College in Edinburgh from 1988 to 1992. Sarah then pursued their higher education at Corpus Christi College, Cambridge, from 1994 to 1997, earning an M.A. (Cantab) in the field of History of Art and Architecture.
