Preston Cochrane

Preston Cochrane is an experienced leader in the nonprofit and behavioral health sectors, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at The Other Side Village, a community focused on healing and addressing chronic homelessness. Previously, Preston held the role of Executive Vice President of Housing & Support Services at Valley Behavioral Health, overseeing multiple programs to enhance the quality of care for diverse populations. As Executive Director/CEO of Shelter the Homeless, Preston dedicated efforts to provide resources and support for individuals experiencing homelessness in Utah. With a background as CEO of the American Research Bureau and President & CEO of AAA Fair Credit Foundation, Preston has consistently led initiatives to foster financial wellness and support underserved communities. Additionally, involvement in various nonprofit boards, including the Utah Nonprofits Association and Financial Counseling Association of America, illustrates Preston's commitment to enhancing nonprofit effectiveness and promoting financial literacy. Preston holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology & Sport Science from the University of Utah.
