Jessica Burton

Jessica Burton currently serves as the Coordinator for Planning & Development at The Ottawa Hospital, where responsibilities include roles in legal, privacy, risk management, and governance programs. Prior to this, Jessica held various positions at The Canadian Medical Protective Association, notably as a Business Process Improvement Coordinator, where initiatives focused on enhancing member experience and managing operational projects. Jessica's extensive administrative experience spans multiple legal and healthcare organizations, where numerous successful projects were coordinated, meetings managed, and communications prepared. Jessica's formal education includes a Law Clerk Diploma from Algonquin College, multiple project management certifications from various institutions, and is currently pursuing CAPM certification from the Project Management Institute.
