Katie Stepek is a seasoned product manager with extensive experience in the travel tech industry. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at THE OUT since September 2022, Katie previously held the position of Product Manager and first employee at tripAbrood, where the development of an innovative AI-powered family travel booking experience was led. Katie's career also includes a role as Flight Expert Manager at Scott's Cheap Flights, where management of teams across Africa and Europe was undertaken, alongside contributions to content creation and quality assurance programs. Academically, Katie holds a Master’s Degree in Medieval History from Durham University, a BA in Classics from The Open University, and a BA in History from the University of Stirling.
