David Shimek

David Shimek has extensive experience in sales and customer service, currently serving as Sales Manager for Canada and Western US at The Outdoor Greatroom Company since October 2013. In this role, David works with top customers, attends trade shows, and provides inside sales support across North America. Previous positions include Account Executive at ResortsandLodges.com, Inside Sales Intern at The Outdoor Greatroom Company, and Customer Service Representative at BuyFun.com, where David honed skills in customer relations and market research. David began a career in customer service and event coordination as Assistant Golf Coordinator for Three Rivers Park District. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
