Matt Drummond

Matt Drummond, AIF, currently serves as the National Sales Director for Aspire Financial Services, a division of PCS Retirement, LLC, since January 2020, focusing on providing low-cost, conflict-free solutions for the 403(b), 457, and IRA markets. As a Founding Member of Talent Champions Council since January 2021, Matt has contributed to industry initiatives. Previously, Matt held the position of Managing Director at AXA US from October 2012 to January 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing sales and business development for tax-exempt organizations and leading a team of 25-30. Earlier roles at AXA Advisors included Senior Vice President and Vice President, where efforts centered on expanding market reach and mentoring future leaders. Matt's career began in sales at Western Southern Life and included a significant role as Branch Manager at ING, focusing on employee training and crisis management during the financial downturn. An alumnus of East Carolina University, Matt graduated in 1999.
