Scott MacGregor serves as the Publisher and Editor-In-Chief of Outlier Magazine, a role held since March 2024. Additionally, Scott is the Founder and CEO of SomethingNew LLC, an award-winning company recognized for innovative talent acquisition and recruiting services. In December 2020, Scott founded The Outlier Project, aimed at fostering a community that inspires extraordinary living. As a Founding Member of Soft Land Partners since August 2019, Scott assists international companies in entering U.S. markets. Scott also mentors talent acquisition strategies for entrepreneurs at NYU Tandon School of Engineering and serves as an expert consultant with GLG. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Flo-Tech and Pitney Bowes, contributing to significant sales growth and industry accolades. Scott holds a BA in Organizational Communications from the University of Hartford and multiple certifications from prestigious institutions.
