Yarrow Spitzfaden is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in education and workforce development. Currently serving as a member of The Outlier Project since December 2022, Yarrow emphasizes the importance of community and positive impact. As a Soft Skills Trainer and Certified Work Ethic Instructor at The Center for Work Ethic Development since August 2015, Yarrow focuses on essential workplace skills through the "Bring Your A-Game to Work" curriculum. Previous roles include supporting various apprenticeship programs at Pueblo Community College and serving as an Adjunct Instructor at Red Rocks Community College, where Yarrow taught workplace skills and fostered employer relations. With a Bachelor of Applied Science in Management from Regis University, Yarrow combines educational expertise with a passion for community engagement and skill development.
