Kaitlin Nowacki has had diverse work experience in various industries. Kaitlin started their career as a tutor at Wayne State University, where they provided assistance to students in algebra, trigonometry, pre-calculus, and calculus I. Kaitlin then worked as a server at Pacific Rim by Kana, gaining expertise in fine dining and Asian cuisine. Later, Kaitlin served as a summer intern at the Chicago Botanic Garden, where they shadowed and learned from experienced professionals while maintaining plant health. Kaitlin also worked as a crew leader at Sacred Space Gardens, supervising a team of maintenance gardeners and implementing organic and sustainable gardening practices.

In 2013, Kaitlin began working as a server at Ramen Shop and handled various responsibilities, including learning a new daily menu and managing opening and closing tasks. Kaitlin then joined UpTo as a User Happiness Specialist, responding to support emails, prioritizing bugs, and developing user-friendly support resources.

In 2015, Kaitlin took on the role of Operations Manager at Bon Bon Bon, where they systematized and coordinated orders for various events and wholesale accounts. Kaitlin also developed human resource policies and supervised the retail shop.

In 2015, Kaitlin transitioned to Ambassador - Referral Marketing Software as a Success Diplomat, contributing to the company's success in referral marketing.

Kaitlin Nowacki obtained their AA degree in Liberal Arts from Schoolcraft College from 2006 to 2008. Following this, they pursued a BA degree in Economics from Wayne State University, which they completed from 2008 to 2010. In 2011, Kaitlin earned a Certificate in Sustainable Urban Agriculture from Windy City Harvest | Chicago Botanic Garden. Additionally, they acquired a Yoga Teacher Training certification from the Center for Yoga in January 2017.
