M. Bradley Hoos

M. Bradley Hoos has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. M. Bradley is currently the Chief Executive Officer at The Outloud Group, a leading global influencer marketing agency. Prior to this role, they served as the Chief Growth Officer at the same company, where they were responsible for brand relationships, marketing, PR, business development, and new business units. Hoos also has experience in the fashion industry as the Leader of The MuskOx Herd at MuskOx, where they focused on ethical manufacturing and high-quality craftsmanship.

In addition, Hoos co-founded Grand Circus, a technology-focused business hub, where they raised venture funding, developed curriculum, and recruited instructors. M. Bradley has also worked as an Advisor at Grand Circus and held a role as a Vice President at Avondale, where they focused on management consulting and strategy.

Hoos has also contributed to the community through their involvement with organizations such as the Community Foundation for Southeast Michigan, where they served as the Co-Chair of the Catapult Program. M. Bradley was also an Advisory Board Member for HEART - Humane Education Advocates Reaching Teachers.

Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Hoos worked at Accenture as a Manager in the Management Consulting (Strategy Practice) division, where they managed projects, developed strategies, and analyzed business opportunities. M. Bradley began their career as a Consulting Engineer at Environmental Resources Management (ERM).

M. Bradley Hoos holds an MBA degree, specializing in Economics, Finance, and Accounting. M. Bradley earned this degree from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where they attended from 2006 to 2008. Prior to their MBA, they pursued an MS degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Iowa, where they studied from 2001 to 2003. M. Bradley completed their undergraduate education at Michigan State University from 1996 to 2000, earning a BS degree in Civil Engineering with an Environmental Option.
