OutSec combines technology and a global reach of sector-specific, experienced British typists to provide online transcription services of the highest calibre.

Award-winning technology provides clients with confidential secure access to upload dictations from any smartphone or digital recorder. The addition of the OutSec App also enables clients to access dedicated transcriptionists at any time of the day.

Recognising and keeping pace with technological changes, OutSec also provides clients with consultancy advice on the most appropriate sector specific workflow and case management systems for their individual needs.

OutSec works both within company templates as well as within case management systems, such as DGL, Quest, ValEx, Mosaiq, and workflow solutions including BigHand, Winscribe, amongst others.

We pride ourselves on successful client relations (critical in today’s cyber world) and recognise the importance of human interaction. We work closely with our clients and typists to ensure that both sides work in unison.
