Boo Stone

Boo Stone currently serves as the OD & Wellbeing Manager at NHS Cheshire and Merseyside, with additional roles as an Associate at Berrison Ltd and Expedition Leader for both World Challenge and Outlook Expeditions. A coaching expert, Boo operates a personal coaching practice through Barefoot Boo, specializing in individual and team leadership development and is a certified Lumina Spark Practitioner. Previous positions include Partnership Manager at Snowland Journeys CIC and Commissioning, Wellbeing & OD Manager at NHS South Sefton CCG. Boo has extensive experience in commissioning and community action initiatives, having led various programs at Wirral Chamber of Commerce, Wirral NHS CCG, and Wirral Borough Council. Academic qualifications include leadership development from the Institute of Leadership & Management, a Post-Graduate Certificate in Digital Technology in Health & Social Care from the University of Cumbria, and numerous outdoor education and leadership qualifications.
