Nicholas Pugliese

Nicholas Pugliese has a comprehensive work experience in finance and accounting. Nicholas started their career in 2003 as a Fund Accountant at State Street Bank & Trust Co. where they contributed to the acquisition of the custodial accounting segment. From 2005 to 2014, they worked as an Accountant III at Winchester Hospital, where they were responsible for various financial tasks such as general ledger recording and expense analysis. Nicholas then joined Salter HealthCare in 2014 as a Controller, overseeing finance divisions and leading a team of 9 employees. In 2022, they became the Chief Financial Officer at Stellar Health Management LLC, managing the financial aspects and supervising a team of 9 employees and an additional 15 employees indirectly. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Financial Officer at The Overlook, where they are responsible for implementing systems to improve workflow, managing accounts payable and receivable, and mentoring the business office staff.

Nicholas Pugliese pursued their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Fitchburg State University, which they completed between 2000 and 2003. Subsequently, they went on to earn a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General, from Salem State University, which they successfully attained from 2007 to 2010.
