Frederique Dahan

Frederique Dahan currently serves as a Principal Research Fellow at ODI since January 2023. Prior to this, Frederique Dahan had a distinguished career at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) from July 2000 to January 2023, where roles included Associate Director, Head of Grant Management, Policy Dialogue and Financial Institutions Operations, as well as Lead Counsel and Senior Counsel. Frederique Dahan holds a Ph.D. in Law from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, obtained between 1986 and 1991.
