Klint Doman

Klint Doman is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial management, systems implementation, and project management across various organizations. Currently serving as Finance Systems Manager at ODI since May 2013, Klint is responsible for day-to-day systems management, developing reporting tools, and ensuring compliance with the International Aid Transparency Initiative (IATI). Previous roles include Project Manager, Systems and Reporting Analyst, and Project Accountant, where Klint implemented systems to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency. Klint has also held significant positions at Innovative Output Solutions and Alexkor Ltd, contributing to critical projects such as ERP system implementations and financial policy direction. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting from Rhodes University and a Bachelor of Accounting Science from the University of South Africa.
