Angel Huang

Angel Huang is an experienced educator specializing in Mandarin and Chinese language instruction. Currently serving as an IB Mandarin teacher and SEL teacher at The Overseas School of Colombo since July 2019, Angel also works as an IB examiner for DP Chinese language and literature with International Education since March 2022. Previously, Angel held positions at Kaohsiung American School from July 2011 to June 2018 as an IB Chinese teacher, CAS Coordinator, and Head of the Chinese department, and was a primary bilingual homeroom teacher and learning support provider at ChingShin Academy from July 2004 to June 2011. Angel is pursuing an MEd in Special Education at Moreland University, following a Master of Arts in Teaching Chinese as a Second Language from Chinese Culture University and a Bachelor of Education in Teaching and Learning in Social Studies from National Tsing Hua University.
