Ella Jaczynska Pcc

Ella Jaczynska PCC is currently the Managing Director, Owner, and Principal Progression Partner at Mastering Mindsets. Ella also serves as an Executive Coach and Owner at KRYSALIS COACHING LIMITED and as an Associate Executive Coach at The Oxford Group. With previous experience as a Co Chair at Sheen Mount Primary School Governing Body, and Head Performance Coach at GlaxoSmithKline, Ella has a strong background in coaching and leadership development. Ella also holds a Visiting Fellow title at Big Innovation Centre and has a degree in Physiology Bsc(Hons) from the University of Bristol.
