John Reid

John Reid is a highly experienced executive and leadership coach with a career spanning over four decades. Currently serving as a Senior Executive Coach at The Oxford Group since 2004 and as the Owner of MEDC Management Executive Development Coaching since 2007, John specializes in coaching senior corporate executives and business leaders. With a strong background in leadership development and performance coaching, roles have included Associate Leadership and Executive Coach at Career Decisions, Faculty Associate at the Irish Management Institute, and Co-President of the International Coach Federation Ireland Chapter. Prior experience includes founding Integral Leadership & Coaching and holding significant leadership positions at Kentz West Africa and KPMG. John Reid holds a Master’s Degree in Coaching and Behavioural Change from Henley Business School, a B.Comm from University College Cork, and is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland.
