Martin Longdon possesses extensive experience in leadership coaching and executive development. As the Managing Director of The Coaching Hothouse since 2002, Martin has focused on board and executive leadership coaching. In addition, Martin serves as an Executive Coach at multiple organizations, including Penna (now LHH), The Pegasus Partnership, Full Potential Group, and The Oxford Group, all since 2009 or 2011. Previously, Martin was the Interim Director of Board & Executive Coaching at Penna and held the position of Stores Director at WH Smith Retail from 2002 to 2004.
