Sarah Turner is the CEO and Founder of Bloom People Limited, where Sarah has served since January 2012 as an Executive and Parental Transition Coach. Additionally, Sarah is an Associate Tutor for the ICF Accredited Coach Training Programme at Barefoot Coaching Ltd and works as an Associate Executive Coach with Hult Ashridge, The Oxford Group, and Heidrick & Struggles. Sarah co-hosts The Coaching Question Podcast and has experience as an Associate Executive Coach and Diversity & Inclusion Consultant at Inclusive Group. Prior roles include Head of Organisational Effectiveness at Grosvenor Britain and Ireland and Associate Business Psychologist positions at Gatenby Sanderson and LHHPenna. Sarah holds degrees in Occupational Psychology (MSc) from Birkbeck, University of London, and Psychology (BSc) from Goldsmiths, University of London, along with coaching qualifications from Hult Ashridge and the Coaches Training Institute.
