Matthew Warr has extensive work experience in the field of building engineering services. Matthew is currently the VP Global Building Services Engineering & Sustainability at The PAC Group, where they have been since 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Managing Director at Linked Engineering Ltd, a consultancy providing mechanical, electrical, and public health design services. Matthew also had a role as an Expert Witness Consultant at DAC Consulting Services Ltd. Additionally, they worked as the Technical Director at Loop Engineering, a building services design and engineering consultancy based in London. Before that, they held the position of Regional Director at SSE Enterprise Contracting, where they were responsible for the Eastern Region. Matthew also worked as the Commercial Design Manager at Trinity Environmental Services Limited and as the General Manager at T C Industrial Products Limited. Earlier in their career, they were the Managing Director at DCL (Environmental Services) Limited, where they specialized in design and build contracts in the mechanical and electrical field.

Matthew Warr MCIBSE completed their secondary education at Swanmore Secondary School from 1983 to 1988. Following this, they attended Barton Peveril College from 1988 to 1990, where they obtained their A Levels in Art, Maths, and English. Subsequently, Matthew enrolled at Fairfield College in Croydon from 1991 to 1994, where they earned their ONC & HNC degree in Building Services Engineering.
