Echo Echo has a diverse and extensive work experience in the art and cultural industry. Echo started their career at The Pace Gallery LLC in Beijing and later moved to New York, where they worked in various roles such as Gallery Assistant, Registration, Research and Archives, PR and Communication, and Sales. In 2013, they founded Fou Gallery, an art community that focuses on promoting contemporary art and culture and addressing societal challenges. Echo also co-founded Art in Touch during the COVID-19 crisis, aiming to provide support and resources for frontline healthcare workers. Echo has also worked as a Writer for various publications and as an Asian Contemporary Art Intern at Christie's. Additionally, they founded Chapeau Echo, a millinery studio that creates hats with unique designs and stories. Echo also gained experience in process management during their internship at Detecon Consulting.

Echo Echo 何雨 completed a Bachelor's degree in Guanghua School of Management at Peking University in 2008. Echo then pursued two Master's degrees, one in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources of Management and another in Business Administration and Management, General, at Peking University from 2008 to 2011. In 2009 to 2010, Echo was an exchange student at the University of Amsterdam, focusing on Business and Economics (Cultural Industry). Echo later obtained a Master's degree in Visual Arts Administration at New York University from 2011 to 2013.
