Bartosz Golba

Bartosz Golba has a diverse range of work experience spanning over a decade. Bartosz started their career as an Intern Financial Journalist at The Wall Street Journal Polska, where they published articles and features on current events in financial markets. Bartosz then moved on to The Warsaw School of Economics Students' Independent Monthly "Magiel," where they served as the Chief Editor, managing the publication's publishing process and developing relationships with external partners.

Golba later joined BOS Brokerage House as a Junior Specialist in the Internet Services Department, providing assistance and support to customers. Bartosz then became the Assistant in the Internet Department, reviewing educational and marketing materials for the company's website.

In 2009, Golba joined Noble Bank as an Investment Assistant, responsible for comprehensive needs assessment and managing clients' investment portfolios. Bartosz later became an Investment Specialist, Jr Private Banker, and Private Banker, building and nurturing long-term business relationships with private banking customers. Golba also developed a sales team and ensured their constant development as a Senior Private Banker.

In 2014, Golba joined GlobalData Plc as a Senior Analyst in Wealth Management, quickly adapting to the role and becoming a valued team member and mentor. Bartosz launched the company's proposition on robo-advice and technological disruption in wealth management. Bartosz then progressed to become the Head of Wealth Management Research, overseeing content production and integrating two teams after an acquisition. Golba was also promoted to the Head of Insurance Research, leading a global team and successfully signing a major contract with an international insurer.

Currently, Golba holds the role of Research Director - Global Head of Financial Services Research and Analysis at GlobalData Plc. In this global management position, they lead two previously separate business units within the Financial Services practice.

Bartosz Golba pursued their Master's Degree in Finance and Banking at SGH Warsaw School of Economics from 2005 to 2010.
