Marty Pearson

Marty Pearson has over two decades of experience in IT management, starting as a Senior Network and Systems Engineer at Managed Solution. Marty then progressed to roles such as IT Manager at ClearBalance by CSI Financial Services, IT Infrastructure Manager at Pacific Medical Centers and Slalom, LLC, and currently serves as the VP of IT at The Pacific Financial Group, Inc. Marty has a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from San Diego State University and has a proven track record of leadership in building high-performing IT teams and implementing strategic IT initiatives to drive organizational growth.
