Fiona Ray

Fiona Ray has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Fiona began their career as a Principal at the SA-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry, where they focused on commercial advancement training. Following that, they joined Indigo Design as a Financial Manager for two years. In 2003, Fiona joined The Pacific Institute as a Business Development Consultant and later transitioned to the role of Facilitator Trainer. During their time at The Pacific Institute, they conducted organizational development processes, mentored new training facilitators, and designed learning materials. Fiona ensured the alignment of leadership learning content with national qualifications frameworks. In 2018, they moved to Star Performance Group as an OD Consultant. Additionally, Fiona had an enriching experience as a World Traveller, where they funded their own journeys and gained valuable insights into diverse cultures.

Fiona Ray attended the University of the Witwatersrand from 1987 to 1989, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree. Fiona'sfield of study focused on Finance and Financial Management Services, as well as Industrial Psychology. In 2010, they obtained a certification as a Registered Assessor from ETDP SETA.
