Jane McDade has over 30 years of work experience in various roles across multiple companies. Jane started their career at Southgate Volkswagen Audi in 1982 and worked there until 1996. In 1992, they also worked at Volkswagen Canada in a research role. From 1993 to 1994, they served as a Process Leader at Volkswagen Canada. In 1997, they joined The Pacific Institute as a Project Director and later became the Senior Project Manager for TPI Canada from 2001 to 2008. In 2002, they became a Partner at Inside Results, LLC until 2012. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Senior Project Manager at Inside Performance. Most recently, they became the Owner of Sky Financial The Mortgage Centre in July 2020.
Jane McDade began their education at the Canadian Automotive Institute from 1986 to 1989, where they pursued a degree in Business Administration with a focus on the automotive industry. Following this, they attended Northwood University from 1989 to 1990, earning a Bachelor of Commerce with a specialization in Automotive Marketing.
