Lori M Fischer has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Lori M started their career in 1997 as a Customer Service Advocate at Sprint before moving on to become a Universal Sales Representative (Lead) and later an Educational Consultant at Sprint. In these roles, they provided training and sales support to sales professionals, resulting in increased revenues.

In 2002, Lori joined The Pacific Institute as a Consultant, where they provided consultative services in various areas, including educational implementation, leadership coaching, and organizational culture assessment. Lori M managed projects and individuals during implementations. Lori M also served as a Project Director/Master Facilitator, specializing in improving organizational performance and culture.

Lori later joined Sprint again as a Business Training Supervisor and Performance Consulting Account Manager. In these roles, they provided consultative services on strategic business planning, analyzed sales processes and training gaps, and implemented tailored learning strategies. Lori M also led and mentored a team of trainers and provided performance coaching and feedback.

In 2004, Lori started their own business, Lori M. Fischer Creations, as an Artist. Lori M pursued their passion for art in this role.

In 2005, they also started working at Just Imagine...Coaching and Consulting as a Business & Mental High Performance Coach in Leadership & Life.

Most recently, in 2022, Lori joined The Pacific Institute again, this time as a Business Consultant & Coach.

Lori M Fischer has a strong educational background. Lori M began their academic journey by completing their Associates degree in Liberal Arts at Northwest Iowa Community College from 1988 to 1990. Following this, Lori pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a concentration in Business Administration at Wayne State College, where they studied from 1991 to 1992. Building on their undergraduate studies, they then attended the University of Oklahoma, where they obtained a Master's degree in Human Relations-Diversity from 1995 to 1998.

In addition to their formal education, Lori M Fischer has also obtained a certification as an ICF Member from the International Coaching Federation in March 2022. This certification indicates their dedication to professional development and their commitment to staying current in their field.
