Rosie Dolan Baker

Rosie Dolan Baker has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Rosie started their career in 1983 as an Office Manager at Summit Commercial Services. In 1986, they worked as a Job Specialist at Jobs for Ohio's Graduates and also participated in O'Neil's Executive Development Program. From 1988 to 2004, they held the position of Director of Organization Effectiveness at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, where they led organization-wide succession planning and change initiatives.

In 2004, Rosie became the owner and executive consultant at Aspire Consulting by Design, where they provided leadership and career development, executive coaching, and executive team alignment services. Rosie maintained this role and founded Inside Results, a consulting affiliate of The Pacific Institute, in 2009. In this capacity, they served as a Senior Partner, Senior Consultant, and Owner-Partner until 2013.

From 2013 to 2017, Rosie worked at The Pacific Institute as a Senior Executive Consultant, Coach, and Transformer. Rosie also held the role of Vice President of Consulting and Owner-Partner during this time, where they led client engagements, designed training programs, and provided leadership coaching and development services.

In 2016, Rosie briefly worked at Chagrin River Inn, managing a vacation rental property called Over the River & Inn the Woods.

In 1995, Rosie earned a Masters Certificate in Organization Change from American University. Additionally, they obtained a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification from the International Coaching Federation in October 2020.
