John Posdon Jr. has a diverse background in human resources, law enforcement, and operations management. As a Human Resources Generalist at The Paige Company since January 2016, John oversees the onboarding process for new hires and manages open enrollment communications. Prior experience includes serving as a Patrol Officer with the Fair Lawn Auxiliary Police Department, where responsibilities involved public safety and event security.
