Amira Nimerawi

Amira Nimerawi is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in social impact and emergency response coordination. Currently serving as a Consultant Emergency Response Coordinator at Speetar since August 2023, Amira has been a Social Impact Specialist at The Palestinian Medical Relief Society since December 2018, focusing on program development related to women's health and emergency medical aid in conflict areas. As the Founder of BallareCo, a social enterprise aimed at funding the education of Palestinian refugee girls, Amira has collaborated with the United Nations Relief Works Agency on significant initiatives. Additionally, Amira held a role as a Board Trustee at Beder and worked as a Technical Underwriting Lead at MetLife, where expertise in underwriting was developed. Amira's educational background includes an MBA with a focus on Social Impact from UNSW.
