A Garrow Wessendorff has held a number of positions in the oil and gas industry. From 2017 to present, they have been the President & Chief Executive Officer of Panther Fluids Management, where they have successfully launched the startup from concept to a strong market presence. In this role, they have driven the company to profitability within the first quarter and achieved growth from $0 to $12M within the first full year, and a revenue of $27M within two years. From 2012 to 2017, they were the Vice President of Operations at Stryker Fuels, where they implemented initiatives focused on organizational and sales revenue growth, transforming underperforming areas into high productivity and efficiency, and growing company revenue from $71M to over $350M. From 2006 to 2012, they were the Vice President, Commercial Lending at Frost Bank, where they established and directed the Industrial and Marine Lending Division's $650M loan portfolio, leading the effort in identification of new client acquisitions, new business underwriting, credit analysis, and quality control for client transactions.

A Garrow Wessendorff attended the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business from 2001 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business/Management. Prior to that, they attended St. Thomas High School.
