Charis Guiteau

Charis Guiteau is an experienced estimator and manager with a comprehensive background in construction and HVAC estimation. At The PAR Group since May 2014, Charis has worked as an estimator for both alterations and new construction projects, specializing in the review of architectural and plumbing plans. Previous experience includes roles at ADE Systems Inc., where responsibilities ranged from HVAC estimating to sales assistance and order processing. Charis began a career in the construction industry with positions in contract administration and accounts receivable, showcasing strong skills in managing contracts and customer accounts. A Bachelor of Business Administration in Banking and Finance was obtained from Hofstra University, complemented by an Honors Regents Diploma from Freeport High School.
