Kyle Schneider is currently the Production Manager at The Paramount Theater of Charlottesville since August 2022. Prior to this role, Kyle worked as an Engineer at RAK Productions from December 2017 to July 2023. Kyle also has experience as a Band Manager at Modern Soul from May 2012 to July 2023. With a background in the arts and music industry, Kyle has held various roles such as Producing and Operations Manager at Raue Center For The Arts, Production Coordinator, and Assistant Contemporary Music Leader at St. Paul's Lutheran Church. Before transitioning to the entertainment industry, Kyle worked as a Mobile Sales Consultant at Best Buy from May 2014 to January 2017. Kyle attended St. Ambrose University for education.

The mission of The Paramount Theater of Charlottesville, Inc., is to operate the restored and adapted historic Paramount Theater, located in downtown Charlottesville, Virginia, for the artistic, educational, and charitable benefit of its community, including the city of Charlottesville, Albemarle and surrounding counties, and the entire Central Virginia region.
