Helena de Groot

Helena de Groot is a seasoned audio producer and sound designer with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as the Senior Producer and Sound Designer for The Paris Review Podcast since May 2019, Helena also produces and hosts "Poetry Off The Shelf" for the Poetry Foundation. Helena's previous roles include Senior Producer for the Mary Oliver Project at Pushkin Industries and Editor for "Aria Code" at WQXR Radio. Additionally, Helena contributed as a producer for "Things That Go Boom" at PRX and worked for Belgian Public Radio at VRT. Helena holds a Master's degree in Eastern European Studies from Ghent University, earned between 2001 and 2005.
